MYI like to be nearby the hot spring
It is not that i don't like. I have been there on the last september, the restaurant is ok, but the menu is really limited. So this time i had no surprise... Then, I wanted a bottle of wine... but no more... i bought 3 glasses of wine and no more... All is good in the restaurant, and my remarks have to be understood as an easy way of improvement...

RUWe stayed in a villa and it was amazing. The house is light clean and beautiful. 2 bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. Enough space for everyone in our group. Parking is right in front of the house. Very close to the park entrance. I definitely recommend the place for staying in Kinabalu park. I think it’s the best choice there
It’s a little bit weird system that you have to pay for the entrance of the park if you want to have breakfast (coz the restaurant is inside the park). It’s better to include the ticket into the hotel price. And then it’s a bit strange to pay for hot springs and for the cold pool separately again. But it’s actually not about the hotel. The hotel is still wonderful.

The toilet need walk steps down , when there is old guest, then it’s will be a challenge for them. Not oldish friendly

GBWhat an amazing place start to finish. Ignore the bad reviews. We stayed for one night and two days and would have happily stayed more! The staff everyone of them were outstanding happy and very friendly! They made our stay. There is so much to do here, it's not just about the springs. We loved the orchid garden butterfly farm waterfalls garden and the pool too!! Canopy was scary but good. Room was perfect to! Such a great relaxing stay. Restaurant great and for the location reasonably priced, if your tight on budget there are street food style restaurants to eat outside. But definitely book a night or two on your travels. Your Staff are a credit to you!! Rafflesia flowers are available to view locally to at the moment. Thanks!

MYLocation was too far out. However, if you're looking for a secluded stay - this is definitely a good place for a quiet time.
I was staying at the shared hostel. They shouldn't have allowed family with new born and young kids to stay in hostel. Babies were crying, kids were running around past 12mn
