Hluhluwe River Lodge

It offered space enough for the family in the individual cottages and in the common areas. The food was very good and the staff very nice. Animals walking around in the lodge.

I would have wished more view on the lake and the pool area was pretty small with only a few (5) sun beds available. The facilities are a bit out dated however.

I loved this hotel. We were upgraded to a superior chalet which was beautiful. The staff were all charming and the food delicious . Thank you

Breakfast and Dinner very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is isolated.

Accommodation was good, but a bit rustic. No direct access to the Estuary.

The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, the staff very friendly and kind. Ockert the lodge manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience !

Literally everything. For instance the garden infront of the villa we stayed in, the thorn bushes have even been trimmed back well away from the walking path. Attention to detail is great
