Property Notes

All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. An AUD 300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A nonrefundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. The accommodations is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by the property's standard cancellation policy. The property endeavors to ensure that the content and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to delays or changes beyond the property's control. The property cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Superb"

The house is big enough for 8 people group. There has 6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to EchoPoint (three sisters)and town. Beds are comfortable & has heater in every rooms.

"Big inviting home. Close to 3 sister's lookout"

It was home away from home. Communications were great with the host. Cosy and well appointed, the rooms were tidy, and it housed all 12 of us comfortably. We loved that each room had its own bathroom, so no fretting about sharing the one bathroom. The house was spotless and we enjoyed most of our time in the living area which was a nice open layout. There were plenty of games, toys for the little ones and some books for the big kids to relax and read. Kitchen was well stocked, all you needed was your own food and drinks. There was also plenty of on street parking as well as out back of the property. We loved how close the house was to the 3 Sisters lookout. You could walk to it in 15-20 mins or its a short 5 min drive away. Scenic World wasn't too far either. It was close to town and only a few mins walk f to the RSL and Cafe Lurline for a great coffee and breakfast. Would definitely book again if it was a sizable group. We loved Mary's Villa it really did feel like home away from home.

Wish we could've stayed longer.

the beds were comfortable & the bed linen was very good. A big plus for me. The kitchen was well equipped.

The bathroom light in the twin room did not work. I requested 13 separate beds to be made up &there were only 11 beds made up. Luckily as it turned out, there were only 10 of us. Due to cancer treatment & illness 3 0f our group were unable to come on the trip. Just a suggestion for the showers over the spa baths, a hand rail would be very useful to prevent possible accidents.
