All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. An AUD 300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A nonrefundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. The accommodations is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by the property's standard cancellation policy. The property endeavors to ensure that the content and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to delays or changes beyond the property's control. The property cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
