Property Notes

All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. An AUD 300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments must be made by credit card via the payment gateway, Stripe. A nonrefundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. The accommodations is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by the property's standard cancellation policy. The property endeavors to ensure that the content and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to delays or changes beyond the property's control. The property cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Great location and size"

Huge house, great location. Loads of bathrooms. Very well stocked in terms of games, condiments etc.

Quite old and in need of a revamp soon. Payment has to be through a gateway that charges 2.9% , which is also for the refundable deposit.

The house was spacious and met our needs. The beds were very comfortable.

A house handbook would have been useful. There was an issue with the electricity but this was handled in a timely and professional manner.

It suited our group - 9 people (3 couples and 3 singles) so we all had a room and bathroom for ourselves. It is centrally located so we could walk to places if we wished.

Centrally located, accommodates a large group or families and has 6 bathrooms. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, a wonderful large dining table and lots of living space. Air conditioning in living area and all bedrooms which was a relief after days in the low to mid thirties. Everything worked and there was ample off-street parking ( we had 4 cars for ten of us). Nice outdoor sitting areas both the front verandah and round the back. Loved it so much that our group has booked again in 2024 and for an extra day!

There was nothing we didn’t like. I would like to suggest that perhaps some light blankets be available for the warmer weather months. Night time temperatures during our 3 night stay didn’t get below about 16 degrees with one night staying in the high twenties. Doonas are just too hot!

Really loved the property. it was ideal for our purposes, a group of runners and supporters who don’t want to queue for bathrooms.

Had a dispute about payment but it was sorted as we expected - thanks booking.com.

located in the main road, easy to access surround tourist places attractions.

No wifi connection even though we did contracted Silva and received a message with the instructions but couldn’t found the name of the wifi (my group 2 people have knowledge about IT) but couldn’t use wifi during their stay, another thing is they tried to turn on the heater on the last 2 nights due to cold weather but couldn’t get through (the main screen control was showing that set to automatic and lock the screen without other instructions) Yes sadly I only knew these from my friends on the last morning and I think somehow they are not really satisfies
