White Cross Bay make a one off charge for unlimited use of the pool and facilities during your stay. Dogs staying the lodge incur a fee per stay. 1 Dog is £25, 2 Dogs £38. This lodge allows a maximum of 2 medium sized dogs, which must be over 12 months old and house trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Absolutely fab place to go. Property is really well stocked and even had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Will definitely be back again!

The staff at reception weren’t the most helpful. We only had to deal with them about using the swimming pool and lots of miscommunication. Nothing to do with the booking or property itself though, everything there was amazing!

Location was good, lodge itself from outside was ok.

Too expensive, cold and deposit was paid in advance but accused of missing frying pan, remote control, burnt towel. Absolutely disgusting as we did not use anything from the lodge and took disposables and our own stuff. Deposit not returned and they would not answer the calls at all. I had to go via booking.com to get this sorted and the bedrooms were freezing and we could not even put heating on. This was a shocking experience. Do not lie about 3 extra guests as if I was going to do that I would have. You guys are a joke and complete liars. Please guys do not book this place as not as advertised at all. Really disappointed. Noting that Booking.com have launched an investigation into their absurd claims, no inventory was signed by me, so how do you claim something is missing or not. Keeping someone’s deposit is unacceptable for claims you have no way to substantiate. Please be aware guys as this could be you next. Thank you Booking.com for refunding me £100 as no evidence provided to support the allegations!!!! Can put this nightmare behind us now.

Property was gorgeous. Would’ve loved to be there in warm sunny weather to make use of the patio.

It was perfect for what we wanted, we used it as a base for walking and biking. There wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like.

Lovely Spacious lodge with a great plot. Plenty of cooking utensils, complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Decor throughout was nice and we loved the fleecy blankets.

Lack of outdoor lighting when dark, there is a bit of a step up from where you park the car to gain access to the lodge. When we arrived, hubby tripped on raised area and fell.
