It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The only good point is that staff was friendly and nice, although super tired (she has to work from 5h to 22h, because there is only her to do the job of taking care of the whole hotel. There is no one else: she does check in a out, cleans the rooms, makes breakfast and picks guests up from the train station... How is it even allowed?)

They have 9 rooms, and 2 of them are in something that looks and feels like a cellar. We were the "lucky" ones to stay in one of the cellar rooms. The place is dark, humid and cold, all of the bed clothes were moist. The smell of the room was musty, and now all our clothes smell just like that. We could not sleep well at all... If I could give anyone an advice: don't book here, you have the chance to be placed in one of these 2 rooms, which should not even be allowed to be rented. And from what we've seen, the owners don't care about the guests or their staff. They just want the money from the rentals... Look for a better place to stay in Aguas Calientes.

I am not sure if this will change anytime soon but due to humidity of the location the room seem a bit stuffy, a dehumidifier could possibly work, but, given that it is a wooden cabin, you can just ignore that

Amazing location and breakfast from 5 AM. There’s also pick up from the train station when you arrive
