The property recommends to arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 in time for the afternoon tea at 15:00 and Game drive at 15:30. Once you reach Ladysmith, please call the lodge on 036 940 0085, so their driver can meet you at the Reserve car park. Please note guests traveling with children under the age of 5 are required to book a private vehicle at an additional cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Wonderful lodge with excellent staff Recently refurbished so everything just so The game drives were great and we saw lots of animals plus flora and fauna The rangers are very knowledgable The food was very good and varied

"worth every penny!"

I was a bit hesitant about booking because this property is more on the expensive side, but SO WORTH the money! So so many things are included like soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, cappuccinos, endless snacks and delicious breakfast and dinner. One of the best places we have ever been to and will definitely come back soon.
