It was a classical South African game reserve lodge as far as I was concerned with a magical vista overlooking vast swathes of the bush.

The room was nice, nothing spectacular, but was good. The staff were absolutely amazing, best thing there

- As soon as we arrived, it would have been great if we could still order food but they said we had to wait til high tea, they did give us biltong and nuts, but for what you charge, I should be able to order food (even a toasted sandwich at least) - The game drive vehicle was pretty full so we opted out of that. This could have been better organized where maybe the driver (Joe) takes ownership and asks people to move around instead of waiting for everyone to self organise, when we got to the van, it looked like nobody wanted to move, we've been on enough game drives before and all of them were far better organizes - While booking on booking.com, the listing advertised a TV, but there was no TV and as such, is false advertising, and this influenced our decision to book here as we would have liked a TV especially at night - The dinner was average, but breakfast was good

Our stay was negatively affected by discrimination and unprofessional behaviour from the manager on duty. His rude and dismissive attitude made our group feel extremely uncomfortable. Because of this, two team members — Lungile Maduna and Lerato Sennelo — left the property immediately and did not stay in their rooms. This was very disappointing, especially since the rest of the staff were very polite, friendly, and respectful. Given the situation, we believe a full refund should be issued for the rooms of Lungile Maduna and Lerato Sennelo, as they were unable to stay due to the manager’s behaviour.

Beautiful and well thought out! We loved the time there for our honeymoon
