Property Notes

The property recommends to arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 in time for the afternoon tea at 15:00 and Game drive at 15:30. Once you reach Ladysmith, please call the lodge on 036 940 0085, so their driver can meet you at the Reserve car park. Please note guests traveling with children under the age of 5 are required to book a private vehicle at an additional cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

What an awesome spot. So close to the N3 and a great stop off point between Durban and JNB. Beaut scenery, great animal sightings and the staff went the extra mile at every point. A true 5 star luxury bush retreat.

Beautiful Lodge with friendly staff

there was no music or vibe by the pool during game drives which i think would have made a nice difference - The park is also lacking in the Big 5 - there are not enough animals and no point of difference

Wir waren zum 2. mal in Nambiti Hills! Es war wieder ausgezeichnet! Unterkunft, Gamedrives, Essen top! Leider hat es am 1. Tag geregnet dadurch waren nicht allzuviele Tiere zu sehen! Aber unser Ranger hat sich sehr bemüht! Insbesondere das Beobachten der beiden Geparden war ein Erlebnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing, beautiful lodge, incredibly designed with wonderful, helpful staff. Staff and delicious food — really recommend. We saw all of the Big Five animals.

The main thing to know that was a bit of a bummer: we didn't know in advance that the reserve includes animals that were brought into it 20 years ago, so it's not as wild/natural as we thought.
