Liked the location, in walking distance from town and restaurants. Great view from the balcony. Hotel kindly let us leave our main luggage there while we went to Tanna for 3 days.

The room was up a steep flight of steps and didn't have air-conditioning. And the tiled floor in the bathroom was a slip hazard when wet.

"Nice place, not too far from town and restaurants"

This was our second visit, and we were given a much nicer apartment on the waterfront. Much needed air-conditioning was provided. Nice pool.

Due to change in Air Vanuatu's schedules, we arrived 3 hours earlier than originally planned, but despite messaging the hotel with the new arrival time and flight details, the staff did not tell the taxi company. So we were stranded at the airport for over an hour until someone turned up.
