Choona Lodge 'view of sigiriya & pidurangala with sunrise'

The lodge is super close to the Lion's rock and the viewpoint in the backyard is an incredible bonus for this accommodation! Its only a 3 min walk to the viewpoint and you'll access the most beautiful view of both rocks!

Excellent location. The breakfast spread was enormous and delicious. The room were cozy and very much clean . Very peaceful & quite place . Rajitha help us to make transport service & safari (reasonable price ) . Highly recommended

Cool interior…

Unfortnely we found the staff to be quite backdrawn and not so polite. The rooms had no isolation so the heat and moist keept coming in. We could Also hear exactly everything that our neighboors did. Could not se the view they talking about but that might have been the weather. At least when we payed they took double from what Booking.com Said.. Also we should have doublechecked but it was in rupee and took a while for me to reslize that we payed dubble….. for a shitroom.. we travel budget and are used to it but this was Beyond that…

Value for money. No luxurious hotel but comfortable. They serve breakfast, and the staff is friendly !

Walking to the rock 2 minutes walk away from my room to watch the sunrise between Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rock. Perfect start to the day. Very attentive staff. Beautiful mandalas painted on the walls. Really made the room feel special
