Villa 2br Petit Verdot Villa located within Cypress Lakes Resort

The villa was clean and neat.

Our experience was completely dampened by no TV access. It sounds terrible to be so reliant on a TV, but we were looking forward to relaxing and watching the cricket uninterrupted by our two small children who were with family for two nights.. their Christmas present to us which was lovely and we were really looking forward to it. However, after several attempts to fix the TV, we called Weekenda, who managed the villa. Three phone calls and three emails later, they shifted the issue onto us, telling us to contact Oaks reception. We contacted reception 4 times over 2 days, and each time we were told someone would come up and look at the issue , no one came. We figured they must be busy or short staffed as this was the 26th / 27th of December. However, on the afternoon of the 27th we went to reception to watch the cricket in their cafe, only to witness three staff behind the front desk doing not a lot. This whole experience was so disappointing, from such a reputable resort that we spent good money to stay at, that we have decided we would never return and stay somewhere else next time. We have stayed here before and loved it, that's why we chose to return, but never again sadly.

Nice and quiet. Accommodation had everything we needed.

Restaurant at Bar was terrible. Have sent them separate email. Issue getting tv to work. Buttons not working etc and couldn't see any suitable instructions to operate tv. Very disappointing. Accommodation is due for a fresh coat of paint and tidy up.

I’ve stayed in Cypress lakes many times and like the set up

Frankly the house could do with a bit of bit of a face lift. On top of that it was not very clean. Behind the sofa when the curtains were opened a lot of dust and dead flies

I had a conference to attend at the venue so I liked everything about the accomodation. The breakfast at the Cypress Lakes Country Club was beautiful. The place we stayed in was perfect for two people who required seperate sleeping areas and the fact that we had a bathroom each was an added bonus.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
