Slightly tired apartment

The beds were the only thing that was acceptable, every thing else about this place was disgusting.

The villa was very very poorly managed. The maintenance was extremely poor. The dishwasher did not work, lights did not work, the showers leaked. The villa was in desperate need of some TLC. However the linen and the beds were clean and comfortable and well made The managers, Weekenda Pty Ltd were a disgrace. I have never stayed in a supposedly premium property that was so badly managed. I have used Booking.com on many occasions and this company damages your brand.

Location, rooms were large and clean. Beds comfortable, cupboard space, bag rack, etc great. Peace and quiet. Ability to park our car, so close to our villa, was gold. Support staff when I phoned was so helpful and polite - big call out to Bianca!

There was nothing we really didn't like. Some constructive considerations - Maybe a few more power points in bedroom and ability to switch main light off from the bed. At least one more power point in each of main bathrooms. Having said that, I know, when resort built it was not in the time of mobile phones, laptops, etc or electric toothbrushes, perhaps? But maybe consider when undertaking ongoing refurbs. Air conditioning a bit noisy, but worked perfectly fine. Again, as per comment above at the time of build they were probably state of the art! Would really have appreciated, bar of soap in each main bathroom - it may have been an oversight, we only had pump soap in the downstairs bathroom. Include shower caps with toiletries provided, please.

central location for the wineries. as we were there on a very wet weekend having the living area was perfect to come back to to get out of the rain . both bedrooms with ensuite a great bonus as we had 2 couples staying

this is one of the apartments here that hasn’t yet updated the kitchen area. it was clean though. matching glasses would have been good especially as we were in a wine tasting area there wasn’t 2 the same!! The same with the cutlery .
