The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Early check in from 10am and Late check out up to 12pm for an additional $60 (subject to availability and requires separate confirmation in writing 24 hours prior to stay) can not be guaranteed. Please note that this property requires a refundable $500 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations within 7 days of check out. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
