Reindeer Lodge

Secluded location, good place for viewing the northern lights as there is not a lot of infrastructure around the property and very minimal light pollution. Reindeer close by that you can interact with. Short walk to the lake. Cute rooms, fire places make the cabins incredibly warm and cosy. Note - if you want to use the sauna you need to get a fire started yourself in the sauna room. School camp vibes with the shared facilities, but everything was clean and wood well stocked.

Booked/paid the Sami tents but were notified the day of arrival that this option was not available and were booked into the cabins instead. The kitchen facilities were closed / there was no access to guests although the accommodation website and booking.com indicated that these were abailable for the guests to use.

Laiturilla ei ollut uimatikkaita. Illalla hieman meluisa ympäristö

Aamiainen oli loistava! Mökki oli tilava ja kodikas. Suihkuissa oli shampoota/saippuaa tarjolla. Tilat olivat siistit. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Majoitus ei ollut ihan pääväylän varrella, autolla liikuttaessa kuitenkin ok.

Aamiainen oli huikea. Herkulliset ja tuoreet raaka-aineet. Ihana tunnelma! Sauna ja palju kuului majoituksen hintaan. Yhteistilat olivat mukavat. Pieni ja rauhallinen, näin kesällä.

Frukosten var väldigt bra, mycket att välja på.

I love that they have reindeer on the property!! It was so magical to be able to feed so many reindeer in the mornings.

Si tratta di un camping, dunque si sappia bene che le cabin non hanno il bagno. E questo, soprattutto d'inverno con la neve e - 30 gradi non è assolutamente confortevole. Inoltre, la prima notte, ovvero dopo il check-in, la stanza era letteralmente congelata. Abbiamo dormito a - 10 gradi internamente. Bisogna accendere la stufa a legna e tenerla accesa continuamente a tutta birra per potere riscaldare la cabin. Anche le strutture comuni, come la tenda per la colazione, sono molto fredde, e bisogna starci dentro completamente coperti
