What a property! So unreal. So comforting. Very very different from your usual stays. Please do yourselves a favour and go here. We were able to see the auroras and also see them dance right within our stay

Nothing to dislike. Perfection.

Wat hebben we hier een ontzettend leuke overnachting gehad! Dit is echt een aanrader! Het eten in restaurant Ovttas, wat we erbij hadden geboekt was fantastisch. En ook het ontbijt was super! Al met al een hele leuke plek met bijzonder aardige medewerkers! We komen hier zeker terug ;-)

Questa struttura ha richiesto 500 euro per una notte (notte del 31.12) nello chalet superior che altro non è che una tenda con una stufa ad olio accesa dai dipendenti a loro piacimento (ovvero mai) e una stufa a legna che devi accendere da solo con legna umida (perché la tengono fra la neve e il ghiaccio) e fiammiferi. Non siamo stati MAI avvisati di niente che scriverò sotto e no, prenotando una chalet superior, non è scontato anzi è una truffa!! Abbiamo patito il GELO ASSOLUTO, non abbiamo dormito per il freddo, l'acqua sul comodino si è congelata (bottiglia da 1L) e nemmeno con le coperte siamo riusciti a stare dentro la tenda, il termometro segnava sotto lo zero e dal sensore del telefono DENTRO la tenda segnava -31°C. Per 500 euro!! Ho cercato qualcuno della reception ma non c'era nessuno, nemmeno in giro (perché ci hanno detto di cercarli in giro se non li trovavamo). Ma è normale?? Ma nemmeno le bestie! Cena inclusa? Ah sì, 3 patate e una barbabietola rossa bollita. Questa è stata la famosa cena di capodanno inclusa nel ristorante del museo. Tutto il resto andava pagato! Non c'era nemmeno l'acqua!! Una vergogna!! Ah le renne? Bo magari voi le avete viste, io no.

The location was truly beautiful and the staff were amazing. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.

L’emplacement exceptionnel, le cadre, l’expérience au plus près de la nature, les rennes. Excellent spot pour les aurores boréales ! La propreté des sanitaires.et un petit déjeuner très bien garni et délicieux !

Vraiment à améliorer : la propreté du tipi, mettre des cailloux pour éviter le verglas devant l a porte afin d éviter les chutes /vider le sceau de récupération d eau et des toilettes .. le menu de la demi-pension qui se résume à un seul plat et ne propose que 4 choix! C est dommage pour un établissement qui a tout pour être encore mieux

Great location to see the northen lights, it was very pretty and we were able to pet the reindeers. The breakfast was good, and they prepared the sauna and the hot tub.

The toilets and the showers are outside and when there is -14 degrees outside and more people staying in the hotel it is not the best. Also dinner was included but it is not in the hotel, they take you with a van to the city center and you have dinner there. There is a menu from which you can only choose one dish, and for the amount of money you pay one dish is not enough. We were hungry.
