The room. We had the rondavel unit. It was adequately equipped. I loved how even though I am disgruntled, they still allowed a late check out for me

The fact that you feel misled. This unit is marketed by booking.com as being in mount ayliff town whereas it's an entire 40minutes away! It is NOT in Mount Ayliff town, instead its located in a village on the outskirts of town. This adds a significant amount of travel time not to mention it is extreme inconvenient. Be clear on the advert regarding your location. You guys are aware of this issue as alluded by one of your staff members, who mentioned that is actually a common issue he hears from guests. This was a frustrating experience.
