Fernmount Stay

We arrived after dark so lighting to our cottage was not good. Also the Exhaust fan in the bathroom could do we a clean.

We love the property, the loft was confortable very low ceilings as advertised but wasn’t a problem for us The only criticism is it needed to be rid of the amount of cobwebs and spiders, I have been told that they (the spiders )are forming the cobwebs from one day to the next, but at least clean them the same day of guests arriving We were offered to use the big kitchen downstairs but it was very dirty and it wasn’t clean for ages

Communication with host was great, room ready before time Great location Lovely stay with dear friends.

Lack of attention to cleaning detail. Overgrown gardens. Property is a gem that could really shine. Like a new pair of shoes: first ever stay was clean, fresh but over time, wear and tear with no TLC the experience is old.

Unable to find the property ... he was using local knowledge and no digital Sat Nav or similar. Rang the Host Number at 7,30 - 7.45 and unable to obtain a response.

No signage or lighting on entrance

Everything. Location, quiet, not far from town the pool was excellent and everything was there. It was nice and maintained.

The location was the only positive thing I have to say about this property

In a convenient location to Bellingen. Clean and dry and warm. Great grounds, lots of room to run around and play for the kids

Really minor issue but the fit out of the cottage is very dated.
