great location, beautiful setting, nice pool, comfortable apartment and all the amenities worked well and were clean.

No clear direction to where i was staying, no staff anywhere and could not get onto anyone by phone. just guessed where i was supposed to be staying. All worked out ok in the end though.

"Disappointed"

The location is perfect

On the day of arrival, we were told we would be staying in the loft. It was above their shed. Lots of stairs and a very low ceiling. My partner had to walk with her head tilted. I thought we were staying in one of the cabins as that's what I booked (or so, I thought) It wasn't very clean.

Fabulous location and view s

Cleanliness was below par in bathroom and shared kitchen. Eg outside fridge was filthy. Coffee was like rock in the jar .

"Hopeless management and communication."

Location nice

Extremely poor communication with managers. No prior contact to indicate which units we were in. There was confusion over who was in which unit. The other tenants were in our room and settled and had to move out. Thankfully they were very nice people. The 1st unit we went in (the wrong one) the TV did not work and the heater/air conditioner was broken. Managers appear disinterested.

"Pleasant"

The outlook was beautiful. Great hot water. Beds were comfortable.

Unit 2. The air conditioning was absolutely terrible to non-existent. Probably hasn't been serviced or never serviced as it would come on for 3 minutes, then nothing for the next 15 minutes, before a bust of 3 minutes then nothing again. Didnt heat the building or any rooms at all. So it was quite cold for our visit in May with the wet weather.. Disappointing actually. Cobwebs in every corner of the lounge room. Very visible as though it's been quite a while since any consideration to getting rid of them. Quite some dust on the windows ledges as well. As I suffer allergies, that wasn't good. The toilet roll holder fell off all the time, so it needs attention.
