Unexpected, photos did not do it justice! Absolutely stunning!

The exhaust fan in the kitchen was very noisy.

The property was very quiet and situated in a beautiful location close to Bellingen.

As soon as we walked in the door, there were spiders crawling over the curtain, walls and hanging from webs in the kitchen and living room area. There were cobwebs all throughout the loft and it just generally didn’t feel tidy. Luckily there was bug spray and we spent the first 15-20 minutes spraying all of the spiders and bugs, however, more spiders kept appearing throughout our stay, including hanging from webs that we almost walked into. The place definitely needed to be more clean and have the cobwebs and spiders sorted. The back end of the loft (bathroom and bedroom area) were mostly okay luckily but we felt extremely uncomfortable in the kitchen area.

It’s so beautiful and peaceful there.

There's probably not much you can do about it so don't take this too much to heart - lots of ants in the bathroom. Might be overdue for pest control (assuming that would even work?) We also didn't have much luck warming up the bathrooms. The air con only really worked when the bathroom door was shut Again these were such minor things - we had a lovely stay all the same :)

Lovely rural. Jews towards river and farmland

Paid same price for basic upstairs loft room as the 2 bedroom full kitchenette cabins nearby. Had only sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery provided were dirty. Ceiling very low with rafters. My not tall husband had to keep ducking moving around room. No dining table and chairs. Only sofa and coffee table to sit at. Verandah and stairs unclean with vegetation taking over (trip hazard on stairs). Air con only just acceptable. Low ceiling not insulated. Windows filthy with spiderwebs everywhere. Left an item behind upon checkout. Calls and texts to arrange collection remain answered.

The land and garden of the property were lovely and lush. Peaceful riverside location.

The cobwebs, lack of equipment in the kitchenette. Provisions included were old glasses, two coffee cups, one of which had a broken handle. Dirty cutlery. No response from host once we’d checked in and requested another cup to have a cup of tea in the evening. Husband drank from broken coffee cup.

Beautiful location. Cosy bed. Quiet and very clean. Although lots of bug outside, inside was bug free and the aircon was great with the warm and humid weather, we were comfortable all night. The pool looked lovely and clean (although didn't have time to use due to the nature of the trip). Thanks for a great stay

Room was a little smaller than expecting, but cosy and clean. The outside light having to be kept on during the night did let a lot of light in to the room was the only issue, but got around this with a sleeping mask
