Nos hospedamos en la villa de dos habitaciones del primer piso. Una habitación no tenía aire acondicionado estaba dañado, nos quedamos cuatro días tres noches y no lo repararon, había falta de interés de repararlo. Faltaban muchas cosas básicas para cocinar como tabla de picar y cuchillo el coffe maker no tenía filtro o la base dónde se ponen los filtros desechables, no se podía utilizar. Había una fuga en el desagüe del fregadero eso atrae mapaches a la zona donde hacían desastres con las bolsas y comestibles que teníamos. Me dejaron en visto porque hice varios reclamos. Le falta mucho mantenimiento a las instalaciones. El portón principal se abría con solo empujar, se desconocía si el agua era potable o de pozo, hasta el día 3 nos dijo alguien más que estaba hospedado también.

The cleanliness is unsatisfactory: the sheets and towels are stained, there is no hot water, the floor and cupboard are dirty, the faucets are old and encrusted with limescale, the outdoor kitchen drain partially flows into the courtyard, the refrigerator doors are rusty, dirty water and used dish towels in the washing machine located outside the accommodation and accessible via an unkempt path. In addition, the following equipment (listed in the advertisement) cannot be found on site: cleaning products, toiletries (limited to a few bars of soap), dryer, cloth line, toaster, electric kettle, oven, strongbox, telephone, view (view of the inner courtyard for us). For your information, as a frequent traveler, I know how to adapt to local standards, but after three weeks traveling around Costa Rica and staying in a dozen different accommodations, this one appears neglected and does not live up to the services advertised and charged for. It should be noted that the villa is divided into several accommodations and that we occupied the ground floor accommodation for five people.
