Suites Chile Verde

Location was excellent, very close to the beach, restaurants and mini super. The room was clean and temperature was nice and cold.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and there was no soap in the restroom. The shared kitchen had no working refrigerator.

Alojamiento cercano a la playa, piezas cuentan con aire acondicionado y los colchones son buenos.

Dependencias con nula mantención, piezas con mucho olor a humedad, oscuras, ventanas viejas cuesta abrir/cerrar, espacios poco estéticos y cuidados. Electrodomésticos corroídos, portón para entrar/sacar auto hay que correrlo a mano y es muy pesado. En los 3 días de alojamiento no pudimos acceder al televisor ya que las pilas estaban gastadas, o no había conexión.

Tracte pèssim, tot brut, la cuina tenia la bombona sense gas, no teniem coberts, el ventilador no funcionava, s’escoltaven rates des del llit… molt molt mala experiencia

Close to the beach in a quiet street...

We booked a double room suite for one night at 54 us $... we received a message from the owner that Dona Alda the receptionist was going to welcome us...we arrived at location and 2 guys told us that dona Alda would arrive shortly...we waited for 45 minutes and finally one of the guys showed us the room and told us that we had to pay 35 us$...the room was a one bedroom apartment...in the afternoon Dona Alda arrived we asked if she was sure that that was our room and the price was correct she said...positive...at 6 pm we received a message with a lot of attitude from the owner saying that we had to pay 54us $ for that room and at the point was to late to cancel the booking and if we wanted another room would be at extra cost...we double checked our booking and sent copy to him it was obviously a miss understanding between him and Booking.com...we also told him that we don't have a problem with the room and we would extend for one more night.....he didn't open our message for hours but instead we started to receive phone calls from Alda that we have to pay the difference even if the room is not the one we booked....at that point we contacted Booking.com and immediately the owner come back to us saying that was all good....the morning after at 8 am I opened the curtains and it was this boy standing outside our room....I've asked what he was doing there and he said you need to pay for the room 35us$....I gave him the money and one hour later Alda called to ask again for the money....there is obviously a lot of miss communication between all of these people that clearly have no manners.....that night someone was knocking at our door it was a French couple that booked a room directly with the owner and told them to speak with Dona Alda the receptionist....Alda was obviously not there so I called....she told me like a was one of her boys...GIVE THEM THE FIRST ROOM and hung up on me.....
