Villa Yioukkas

This is the best villa I have ever stayed in. The service from Mario’s, his wife, son and dog Max can not be equaled. Even before arriving Marios rang me in the UK as I had questions regarding changed flight times. Marios net us at a tavern near to the property then spent the best part of an hour showing us round the villa in great detail, even arranging a taxi to take us to a wedding in the week. The house itself is stunning, five years old, but had been tastefully decorated and built to reflect an old Cypriot dwelling. It is very well equipped and welcome bottle of wine, water, bacon, cheese, bread, butter etc awaited us. The villa is quite remote which is brilliant, but I would recommend a car. The airport is 20 mins away and everything in Paphos is less than 10 minutes drive. For you techies the villa has 5G WiFi. If you want a restful, relaxing, rejuvenating break, this is the place. The pool is also huge, with ample sunbeds and towels provided for outside also. Marios and family take customer service to another level. Marios also personally came to check us out and have another great chat. Just Brilliant.

Only had 7 days and can only give him 10/10, because it deserves more

It is: A beautiful villa, modern but built in a traditional style Spotlessly clean Very well equipped - everything you’d have at home and more Beautiful pool and outdoor area Quiet location The owner, Marios, meets you personally and shows you around and is on the end of the phone if needed

Nothing we didn’t like, but some may find the location too remote. Transport is needed to get to shops and restaurants, though there is one restaurant a very short walk away. This suited us anyway.

The location is perfect, close enough to restaurants but with no noise at night The villa is so well appointed and the host is amazing

Lovely traditional looking villa with the most fantastic pool. Marios the owner was great, we had a couple of minor issues but he sorted them out in no time. The villa has everything you could need and is lovely and clean. The best bit was the pool which was huge and stayed beautiful and clean the whole time we were there. The villa is in a less built up area so you do need a car, but everything is only a short drive away. We enjoyed the water park which is very close to the villa and enjoyed the old town and Paphos harbour. A visit to the blue lagoon is a must from Latchi. Lots to do and see in Paphos and some lovely restaurants. Recommend Pinguino for great value meals and a care for Coeliacs. Overall we had a great two weeks!

Only thing we didn’t like was leaving to go home.
