Monkey Mountain Family Lodge

There was nothing to like. there was no iron and no iron board in the chalet. There were no cover sheets on the beds. No indication if the tap water was safe to drink. The outside of the chalet was very dirty as well

Wi-Fi only at certain areas on the site. Communication is nonexistent. I understand the heavy rain did damage the roads, but I feel monkey mountain could inform me. If I arrived there with my sedan, I would not be able to reach Monkey Mountain. The roads inside the camp is also in a very poor state

The staff was amazing, we even chilled with them a bit. The place was quiet and peaceful. I loved that there were some wild animals just rooming around. My husband even went inside a room where they keep huge snakes, and I got to touch a house. The fact that we did all that without going to a zoo or safari was incredible.

Upon arrival, the power was down, but fortunately, it was quickly fixed, maybe within 1 to 2 hours. The front desk was always closed, but someone was in sight and assisted us with everything. The room that we got had a weird smell, maybe it had not been used for a while and just needed fresh air.

Iris and her team are the best! Super helpful and they go out of their way to assist. We came as a large group but they took such great care of us.

Innovation and a lot of space to add entertainment facilities extra pools and camping facilities

Nothing. No wifi, definetly no restaurants. More like a dorm. You have to eat whatever they put in front. And that itaste terrible. Only thing ,i could eat was a small piece of cheesecake that was presented as desert

Staff taking over at swimming pool with their friends. Loud and unpleasant. We paid for 3 nights but left on day 2.

The housing was clean and comfortable
