The WiFi was not working on arrival till departure date. We called to ask them to fix it but still it was not

The house needs a lot of TLC. Staff at the activity centre weren’t friendly

The staff they know how to handle the quest with respect

I liked the fact that they had a swimming pool amd a pool table upstairs.

We broke 2 of thier wine glasses and 3 of our own of our champagne glasses and were billed for 6 glasses in total when we got to reception to check out. That time the place doesn't offer Champagne glasses. Cleaning lady was with us as we were packing up andwe even gave her our left over food and drinks. She made no mention of those glasses. As soon as we left she called reception and said we broke glasses. I as the host was sober all night and am the one that brought the champagne glasses so I was very aware of my surroundings. I also didn't like the house cause the light bulbs by the pool area weren't working. Now for that price one would expect a light bulb to be a very minor thing. As we were checking out the lights went off at 08:00 in the morning meaning the water couldn't pump into the house so half of us left without taking a shower. It wasn't load shedding it was just a power failure of some sort.

the TV was mot working and we struggled yi change the channels. I had an issue with my payment amount deducted from my account. when I checked out I mentioned this and filled out a refund form as the system was down. the guy at reception promised to call me. I still waiting for the call we booked three rooms in March and we were not kept together.
