Very spacious unit and big rooms.

Aircons not working in some rooms. No hot water in some of the showers. There was a power cut and even thought there was a generator the staff couldn't assist. WiFi wasn't working and had to get someone out. Freezer was also not getting cold at all.

The pool was not maintained and the apartment was quite outdated

Beautiful house, lovely view, housekeeper was extremely helpful and friendly

One Aircon wasn't working, as well as remote for fan. Also no plug in same bedroom to use hair dryer. The condition of the scullery cupboards is appalling. The one glass door at the dining room has no key. The front door (left door) doesn't open. Pool table has missing balls, and condition of the table isn't great. The condition of the chairs by the Boma is disgusting. The one umbrella at the pool is broken. Apartment doors struggle to open.

We had a few issues but after speaking to staff on 3 occasions, I asked to speak to management and Oscar were very quick to resolve these issues

The house was big and could accommodate our group of 14 adults easily. Rooms were spacious and kitchen well equip't. House far away from other houses so that venue is private. Saw some wildlife close to the house.

Two bathrooms missed toilet seats. Place could use some maintenance. TV channels were selective and no Sports channels or news channels. Some TV could not find signals even though all rooms have TV's and decoders in the rooms. Bath towels were worn and had stains on. Seating around the boma/braai were insufficient due to seating being broken and with a lot of wear and tear. One large sliding door could not open. Look like it was broken and not fixed afterwards, only locked so you could not open it.
