The main public pool with other activities plus the house was big enough

Some of the things in the house were not operational,like our baths lids were damaged,we couldnt take a long hot bath to relax, wifi was not working when we got there,check in process takes long,we waited for about 40 minutes at the main gate

Great and friendly staff

The house needs a lot of attention! Pool table corner nets broken , so balls have fallen damaging the floor and balls. Bathroom taps are leaking and splatters water. Not all showers are working. Spa baths not working and stink like sulfur water. This place has potential but needs a lot of TLC!

Electricity and water went off for more than 4hrs.The beds are not comfortable they need to be replaced.The Toilet upstairs must be opened even if you didn't book the conference room

The rooms are bigger and were enough for us

There was no back up power after we paid a lot of money. There was no power and no water night of 24 and almost the day of Christmas. This is total unacceptable for such a huge inconvenience. The wifi had no internet for whole stay, we reported it but nothing happened. The gas fire place valve leaks and we were smelling the gas the whole stay. One room at the bottom hot water doesn't come out

Close to home. Love a bush holiday

We were booked in a 8 sleeper. No comfortable chairs to sit and relax outside. Ordered wood on second day, did not arrive. Inventory was not checked on checkin but they kept my ID for security. Patio area was not cleaned. Wifi was not working. Air-conditioner was not working and they refused to help even with a fan, sleepless nights. Braai area was extremely terrible. No built in braai area. Grid for braai was not straight had to balance with bricks. No swimming towels in units but unit had a pool. Electricity is a huge problem. We could not even have coffee, no power. The ambience is stunning but the units definitely need upgrading!!! Unit 89 The helper at unit was a gem. She was very friendly and a lovely lady.
