Breakfast was less than average for the price

The accommodation / holiday home was very unkept and needed serious maintenance. There was only one TV.

I didn't like anything. We checked in , the house was dirty. They probably forgot to clean the house. We had to return home. They promised a refund. Our unit was 164

The estate is lovely and so was the house.

Some plugs were not working and we reported them. Maintenance guys came out but were not fixed Some bedroom doors were not closing properly. One bedroom sliding door was not locking up. Toilet got blocked and er reportrd the issues. No one came out to attend to this. Overall a lovely house but lots of maintenance issues.

Everything. Comfort, space, the views

We unfortunately didn’t have proper wifi and network is quite weak in the area so connecting was an issue.

We enjoyed our stay at Zebula. The staff members are friendly and supportive. The house keeper cleaned daily and they even go an extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Thank you 🙏

The house that we stayed at was far from the reception area, it was closer to the exit gate. But that is not going to change and there is nothing we can do about it.

It had great facilities

1. The property isn’t well maintained 2. Water kept disappearing 3. Struggled to book some activities via phone call 4. Holiday activities didn’t take place on time 5. No delivery services, even though it was advertised as though there are delivery services
