All was perfect lovely

Power failure was bad n there is no backup .this was totally bad

Electricity and water not available. I assumed that there will be a borehole and at least an electricity backup - inverter

They provided us very pleasant cleaning staff which was unexpected and we're very grateful. They provided fire wood at no charge also a very nice touch.

The fact that half the furniture in the property was missing. The general maintenance on the property is lacking. Some of the facilities you pay for are unusable. We had to deal with the smell of raw sewage our whole stay; it was disappointing, to say the least.

The house is spacious, well furnished and perfect located.

There is a severe mold issue in the house, particularly in the bedrooms, where the walls are extensively covered. This poses a significant health risk and is entirely unacceptable. Furthermore, general maintenance of the property appears to be grossly neglected. In addition to the extreme mold, there are visible cracks in the walls, the outside deck is in a state of disrepair, and numerous light fixtures are not functioning.

The friendliest and most welcoming staff ever!!! Most accommodating, wonderful hospitality and a beautiful lodge. Will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family.

Big and accommodating and great amenities.

Zebula’s always been a great destination, but I think Eagle’s Nest needs an update or a revamping. It’s looking a bit tired. Also we were surprised that the DStv was not full bouquet and there was no streamers available.
