Sunshine Homestay

We really liked this homestay. The location is a bit far away from the center, but the owners organize a pick up and drop off free of charge. Thanks to it's location, it's very quite. The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable. We had the room on the corner so we've got the view on the mountains, which was nice. Our host helped us with every concern we had. She drove us to the center to buy a sim card. She helped to organize the transport to Tam Coc. She speaks English on a communicative level. You can also have breakfast or dinner cooked for you.

The only downside was the scooter we rented. It was not in the best condition

perfect location for excursions and to just ride or walk around. Van and her family were so accommodating!!

Completely calm and peaceful atmosphere. Kind and helpful owners. Clean room and comfy bed.

Little bit far from center of the town. But there is a picking up and dropping off service without charge.

Awesome Homestay, the owner was super friendly. Our bus arrived in the middle of the night, but they arranged transportation to the Homestay and let us check in early. Very friendly, we could rent a scooter during the day and they brought us back to the bus station at the end of our stay. Great beds in big rooms with nice bathroom with nice hot shower. All in all lovely place to stay!

picked us up from the bus stop for free at 4am, no questions asked - luckily our room was available for early check in that day too. big spacious room with good hot shower. the owner is so kind, and looked after us for the whole time, we rented a motor bike from her and went to the botanical gardens, but she can help you with booking cave tours if that’s more of your interest! She booked our bus onwards to Hue and drove us to the bus stop again. 10/10 , quiet , comfortable and kind! thank you :)

nothing to dislike, but it is in a quieter area if someone wants to be closer to bars and cafes (they are still in cycling distance from here)

Of you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Phong Nha, it is the perfect place. Unfortunately the weather was not perfect, but we rented a scooter and went to see the area. The host is wonderful. She can help you with scooter rental, hikes paths and bus tickets. Perfect breakfast and always there to help us with everything. The room was clean and with great view. We arrived at 5am in the morning and they were so nice to wait and receive us that early in the morning
