It's whole house and nothing is shared, lot of privacy and the entrance is guarded. Friendly and helpful staff.

Swimming pool was not usable on the first day. However, was fixed on the second day and got compensation for it.

Stuff are nice but you need to find them

We call someone to booked taxi we was charged more then what we can paid from outside we wait for taxi under the sun for 40 minutes and we inform them 1 day before there was no gas there I call the manager he said go out and find the stuff … just figure out the villa have scend door they can easily enter when the want fix the gas we just found them coming from somewhere if you wanna headache go stay there

The staff were nice and friendly. The villa is very private and situated in quieter part of the town but still just a short walk to the local amenities. We loved the pool and the villa's layout and it had everything we needed for our comfort. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again

There was a folder in the villa with the rules and which also mentions another folder with local leaflets information. We did not find this folder with leaflets. It also states that the robes and beach bags are for us to use whilst staying but there were no robes or beach bags in the villa.

We really enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom Villa. Herman and his crew did everything possible to ensure we were happy in our villa and we really appreciate all their efforts for us. Thank you guys! The villa was so nicely presented when we arrived and very attractive. The spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area is fabulous with a large dining table, lounge furnishings, a large smart tv with internet access, a full sized fridge freezer and limited cooking and eating equipment. There are lovely wide glass doors which open to the under cover 'pavillion' with outdoor couch and a cane swing seat, and the pool. We enjoyed the pool which was clean enough. There are also 2 comfortable sun loungers. The 2 spacious bedrooms both had excellent air conditioning units and ensuite bathrooms and there was another toilet in the kitchen/living/dining area as well. The whole villa and courtyard was very spacious. The villas are about a 6-7 minute walk along to the main road (restaurants etc) and a total of 15 mins or so into the main heart of Kuta itself. It's a peaceful location and a lovely walk in and out in the evening, though a bit of a hot walk in the heat of the day. Yes, we would definitely stay again.

If anything isn't to your satisfaction, just talk to Herman and he get's it sorted pronto. The electricity going off at any odd hour and needing one of the crew to come into the villa and reset something was annoying. But again, speak up and the guys will sort it right away, even at 2am when your air conditioning has stopped working due to no power. :-)

Lovely local location for exploring and resting - family friendly and staff were nice - responsive when needed.

Maintenance is required in the villa - a little tired. the electricity was maintained on a meter system which cut out twice overnight - and needed staff to add credit when asked. We woke up to no power 2 days in a row - the staff need to keep on top of this to improve the experience.

Great layout. Spacious. Outdoor area and pool were superb. Hot and cold water dispenser was ideal. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cutlery. Good size bedroom and bathrooms. Close to Laundry service.

Better signage to show driveway to Villas. Curtains to shut-out afternoon sun and/or air-conditioning in Lounge/TV area. Change the kettle - it took 'ages' to boil. More tea towels and paper towels. Neighbor's howling dog and roosters woke us too early.
