Sunyi Villas

The villa is really beautiful, calm and within 10 minutes by foot you can find really nice restaurant. The beds were really confortable, big rooms, big showers with everything you need. They give you fruits when you arrive and the Netflix is nice to have

Well I think the staff made our stay not really good. Most of them were really nice but : - we had to take a taxi at 7 in the morning. You have security 24/7 however they were sleeping, the gate was not open the taxi couldn't come and waited 25 minutes to finally found someone to open the gate. We lost money as we could arrive on time to our boat. - we organised a trip to waterfalls with people they recommend but he was late, he was supposed to come along during the visit to explain and show us but he didn't and told us to go with another guide of another group - the lights in the swimming pool were broken and it's night early in bali so we asked them the first night to fix it they said they'll do it the next day. We stay 5 nights and it's still broken... Also the door of the toilets in the living room is broken you can't close it, not the lock I mean literally the door. Also all the sitting cushion have stains everywhere and it looks like blood or dirty. And last thing, the door of the living room are not hermetic, there is a big gap from one to another. Which makes it hard to cool the room but also really not good for the environment as you have to put it at 16° to make it bearable

The villa is spacious and well laid out. The welcome pack was lovely.

The pool did fill with leaves. There was a power cut every morning meaning you woke up to no air con/water. No one responded on what's app so I had a find somebody to help. The showers do not drain properly and there is a smell from the drains, particularly noticeable in the far bedroom

Gorgeous villa in a great location just 10 minutes walk from restaurants and cafes. The villa is very comfortable and lovely decorated! It’s more beautiful than on the photos. The staff are very lovely and helpful! We organised all our trips with them! I’d love to stay there again!

Lots of space in the villa.. air con in the enclosed living area. Staff were friendly and helped us with scooters and really couldn’t do enough for us.

Daily upkeep

The villa was spacious, comfortable and well maintained! The staff were friendly and helpful, was nice to have water included and changed when we ran out, along with daily tidying if we needed it. The pool was lush, the location fabulous, and the option to hire scooters from them easy (helmets were a bit tricky to source though).

Mosquitoes in the rooms when we arrived , was a little hard to get rid of them on the first few nights.

Comfortable, modern villa with plenty of space for 6 adults. Pool area very nice and towels provided. Staff were on hand to answer any queries. Easy walk into the town and lots of places to eat. Comfortable beds and efficient aircon in bedrooms and kitchen/lounge.
