Sunyi Villas

Everything - the villa itself, its beauty, design and cleanliness, the attitude and care from the staff - they did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and taken care of! It‘s definitely an amazing place to stay in Lombok‘s Kuta, you won‘t regret ❤️

It was beautiful

Good location, besides Mana yoga. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Host Liz is very helpful and responsive.

Villa needs a facelift and proper cleaning. Doors doesn't work properly, staff needs training. One of the staff helped himself in the villa when we had DO NOT DISTURB sign on and I had a shock just came out the shower saw someone was standing in the yard. We had to chase cleaner 3 times for the toilet paper, living room door got stuck, when we asked one of the staff to fix it, he actually rolled his eyes then told us he is a cleaner not an engineer. No one told us no cleaning when it's public holiday. Villa Electricity supply is not reliable, we had Electricity power cut out for the first 5 days - from 10mins to few hours.

The villa is quite spacious, good pool, excellent location near the center, full amenities, comfy beds... excellent value for money

On the border of the property there is a large electricity pole (public electricity), with lots of messy cables, and electric noise... nothing owner can do about unfortunately, but it ruined the view and took away a bit of the poetry. Otherwise it would be a 10

I liked the fact that the living/dining/kitchen area can be closed off and air conditioned. And, I like the Gazebo. The pool was a decent size and centrally located between all the bedrooms.

I didn’t like the fact that electricity was off at least 4 times due to lack of top-up of the meter. The water supply was unavailable as many times as the electricity was off in addition to the times the water tank was without water (3 times). What made matters worse is that on the morning of our departure the water was unavailable once again and it didn’t recover before we had to leave for our flight. Luckily, there was enough bottled water to shower. Also, half of the air conditioning units needed servicing (it became unbearable in the 1st bedroom).
