L équipe au petit soin, le lieu et la vue paradisiaque. La piscîne top. Le logement dans l ensemble très bien.

Vigilance selon le type de logement choisit l accès n est pas facile pour tous ( gros dénivelé. )

Le cadre est incroyable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et correspondent aux photos Le mobilier en bois est canon Les piscines et les fresques dans les chambres sont top Mention spéciale à Nyoman qui s’est occupé de nous tout le long de notre séjour

L’heure des petits déjeuners pas respectée La température de la douche soit brûlante soit glacée mais plus souvent glacée Les ingrédients des plats dans le menu ne sont pas bons il y’a toujours un truc pas prévu dans votre plat ce qui peut être grave si on a des allergies

La villa en elle même, la piscine, le personnel, les activités autour, les services proposées... tout était au top. Nous avons eu des problèmes liés aux fortes pluies et ils ont été très réactifs, ils étaient très compréhensifs et nous ont proposés des services gratuits en compensation de ces désagréments. La nourriture était egalement de très bonne qualité. Ils ont été aux petits soins

Le seul léger défaut pour nous est le prix du massage du balinais que nous trouvons excessifs par rapport a d'autres hôtels ou salons avec de meilleurs prestations.

Nocleg zrobił na nad największe wrażenie podczas całego pobytu. Było cudownie! Żałowaliśmy, że mieliśmy tu tylko dwie noce 🥰

Nice beds. The staff were kind and were trying enough, not their fault.

We checked out on the 2nd day as we did not want to waste our time. No hot water, or even warm water available to even have a shower. We were told that this was "normal". The water of the swimming pool was very cold. We couldn't use it. To be fair, we visited the area in early August and the weather was not great, so maybe this hotel cannot serve when the weather is not hot enough, or else the swimming pools should be heated. No drinkable water available in the room. There were 2 glass bottles filled from a communal water cooler, which communal water cooler was really dirty. There was a policy apparently not allowing you to order food from outside the hotel. The food at the hotel was just okay but I would't buy it. It was really very expensive when we booked and for that price we stayed in great hotels in Ubud centre. So for us, it was not worth it.

ウブドの自然を感じることができ、プライベートプールも付いているのに約1万程というリーズナブルな価格で泊まれるところ。 親切で暖かいスタッフ。 虫が多くいるだろうと想像していましたが全くおらず快適でした。

水圧が弱いためお湯をためるのに時間がかかります。 部屋全体が若干湿っぽかった。

Noise of dogs and roosters is annoying and make the sleep uncomfortable.

Odanın manzarası çok güzel, balkon güzel, küvet ve banyosu güzeldi, genel olarak rahat ve temizdi.

Otelin resimlerinde havuz vardı, havuzları bozulmuş. Suite odada kaldık, 2 farklı tip odalari varmış fakat bookingden bakarken 2. sinin fotoğrafları epey geride, bizim odamızda havuz içerideydi ve oda sürekli rutubetliydi, Güneş görmeyen havuza sıcak su tesisatı çekilmemiş o havuza hangi koşullarda girilebileceğini merak ediyorum. Kahvaltı genel olarak ortalama lezzette porsiyonlar küçük odaya getiriyorlar. Resepsiyondakiler ingilizce bilmiyor anlaşmak zor. Biz yorumlara ve konuma istinaden Batur dağı türü almıştık fakat 3 km ötede farklı otelde 1 çift daha tura geldi, onlarin aynı tur için daha uygun fiyat aldığını gördüm ve kötü bir deneyimdi. Ara ara sıcak su kesiliyor.
