Great accommodation, wonderful views, super friendly staff. Nyoman was very helpful and attentive.

The best hotel we have been to. The situation as well as the staff and the beautiful villa made our stay really exquisite.

Le cadre, la vue de la terrasse, la déco de la chambre et de la sdb, le service est bien aussi. Le calme hors bruits d'animaux la nuit.

L'humidité dans les draps, le bâtiment est mal insonorisé donc si vous êtes sensibles au bruit (animaux), prévoyez des boules Quies. Pas mal de frelons dans les parages.

The view from the balcony is amazing, breakfasts were very tasty- best we had in Bali. The floating breakfast was beautiful. Same for flower bath. The staff is helpful and you can easily contact them with whatsapp. Hotel arranges the trekking tour to Batur with reasonable prices and I highly recommend it. You can also easily rent the scooter and pay by card.

There is no restaurant- you need to eat in your room, spa also happens in your room- in fact there is no common space. The flower bath is also in your room with cold water. The wifi is poor quality and you need to wait long time for hot water. You have to sign the paper that you won’t use Grab or Gojek.

We stayed here in the Royal Villa from 24/06-28/06 looking for a quiet romantic escape with a beautiful view for our anniversary, and our expectations were completely exceeded. The villa is located in a beautiful quiet area with one of the most incredible views of the natural jungle of Bali, and yet also only about 20 minutes north of Tegallalang and 30 minutes from Ubud. The staff are the best staff I have ever stayed with, and I want to congratulate each member for exceptional service in our time. Every request was fulfilled, every interaction was pleasant. Truly, this place is a hidden gem in Bali and we plan to return.

There was a leak in the roof when in heavy rain, but nowhere near the bed, and easily avoided.

Spacious and comfy room, very nice bathroom with huge stone bath. Room service for every meal.

The water wasn't hot and it took at least an hour to fill the bath. Even after changing the gas canister that provided the hot water, the pressure was so low that by the time the bath got filled, the water was lukewarm.

The staff was exceptional in taking care of our needs throughout our stay and did the best to make sure that we were comfortable. They also did very well in organising activities for us such as tours, massages, and the flower bath (which was very beautiful!). Nyoman, one of the staff, was very kind and attentive to our needs. He made sure that we were enjoying and learning the local culture in Bali, which is an experience we will never forget. Kudos to Nyoman for his good service 😊 We also really enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which was always punctual. The villa itself was also very beautiful and comfortable, featuring traditional Balinese designs, overlooking a peaceful jungle view. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the villa and Bali, and would definitely recommend this resort to other travelers 😊
