Atmosphere

Hot water flow rate was so slow. Generally hot water even wasn’t flowing. We took shower with cold water in the bathroom. They put bathtube in the bathroom just for decoration because no hot water or hydromassage or something like that in bathtube. Kettle and hair dryer were not working well. There were small holes which pests could enter through into room. Apart from these ones, most hearthbreaking part is they blamed us for thievery for a very small toilet paper box after checkout. Receptionist opened our luggages. She searched the box and touched our all belongings. It was so irritating for us. And then she wanted to search the bag that include my personel things. We didn’t allow her. She insisted again and again. Then we paid IDR 200000 for worthless small toilet paper box. We stayed in houndreds of hotels but we have not encountered such a shameful situation.

The location was great. Beautiful sunrise with birds, in the middle of the nature. Excellent value for money.

It was incredible. The pool was breathtaking and huge, private, all to ourselves.
