Villa Sitara, Sitara Villa Group

Large bedrooms each with own bathroom. The outdoor area was great with plenty of seating (2 adults and 2 children). The property manager did a late check in and arrange for airport pick up. The staff we saw for breakfast were friendly and efficient with their service. The location was outside of the main Seminyak area but still close enough to walk if you want to- quick and cheap Grab drive/ride.

The property doesn’t have service on Sundays, but left our breakfast items in the fridge for us to cook ourselves. The pool was a little on the colder side but still useable for a refreshing dip.

The villa was lovely, very comfortable for my family if 6.

The only negative is the villa is a little tired. The pool had a couple of broken tiles and could do with some updating.

I highly recommend staying at Villa Sitara Excellent staff. There was nothing that was too difficult to manage. Day trips , transport and a Home cooked meal by Fenny was delicious. Linen smelt like soap and the place was super clean. Soleil was very attentive and professional in management of the Villa. Well done staff.

Nothing really except it was a 30 minute walk to Seminyak beach but a taxi didn’t cost very much.

We liked the villa, it was perfect. It has 3 bedrooms and a big living room with kitchen. The staff was very helpful and also the owner was very nice with us. We recommend it!

The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. They picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. Villa cleaning, pool cleaning, and garden was done every day and immaculate. Breakfast included was great and we got to choose every day. Surprisingly quiet in the Villa.

Cross the main road. It was also a bit far out for walking to restaurants we normally go to.

Everyone and everything was great at Villa Sitara! Great communication before our trip, easy airport pick up, delicious breakfast, amazing perks like having our laundry picked up to take to the laundry mat and received back folded and never was anything missing! Fresh breakfast cooked to order, amazing location and swimming pool. During our stay Bali experienced a major rain and thunder storm with floods and the staff quickly advised us to stay in the Villa and not to travel to dangerous parts of the island that had been flooded and were dangerous at that time. We felt very safe and taken care of as we were initially very nervous. We were very lucky, the power never went out and the staff still showed up to cook our breakfast, clean the villa, the yard and the pool. Our driver Abid's home was flooded and his family lost everything in the flood, so we hope to hold a fundraiser upon return to the U.S.A. Everyone there really touched our hearts and we feel like we made new friends! Thank you so much for the care and professionalism

Everything very good.Very nice and welcoming villa-you feel like at home. Breakfest exceptional. A/C worked very well. Very good location,close to busy area,but at the same time very quiet. They offering transfer to/from airport for a good price.
