Отличная вилла. Очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Очень отзывчивый персонал, отдельно благодарю Мисс Флавию за ее заботу о гостях. Вилла оборудована всем что необходимо, и постирать и приготовить поесть, и сделать коктейль. До пляжа очень близко.

Extremely well fitted out - everything you need. Immaculate and very comfortable. Part of the Bay Watch resort with excellent facilities and a lovely pool. A short walk to the beach and a short taxi ride into Colva or Benaulim town centres. Ms Flavia, the caretaker is wonderful and so kind and helpful. My husband was taken ill; she called an ambulance and came with me to help with the paperwork etc. The owner’s wife also came to the hospital to help with any issues of translation of forms etc. A car and driver was also sent to take me to and from the hospital. Extremely supportive and kind in such a stressful situation.

Отличная вилла для большой компании, три отдельные просторные спальни с личными санузлами, есть всё необходимое для проживания, удобная локация, закрытая охраняемая территория, отзывчивый хозяин и прекрасная экономка всегда и во всём помогут. В рамках Индии можно считать что очень чисто, уборка каждый день, большие комфортные кровати, много посуды.

Very clean staff were very attentive the facilities were clean and you could not ask for more everything was there

The swimming pool we couldn’t use when weddings and parties were on too much noise from the drums late at night .when I paid I was charged 28000 Rupees more he charged my card 105 Rupees to the pound which should be 118 ended up paying £300 pounds more

Very good villas: comfortable, nice rooms, very well equipped. The resort is located a walking distance to the beach and all the restaurant. The staff is very nice and super helfpull. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The setting was great.

Some of the other guests made us uncomfortable by staring. It's like they never seen westerners before. Some nights guests were quite loud. Children screaming by the pool.

Liked everything) The villa is located on the territory of a guarded complex. Everywhere is clean, lots of greenery and flowers. The beach is a maximum of 10 minutes walk away (Mrs. Flavia showed a shortcut). The owner sent a taxi to the airport for us and sent us the password for the combination lock in advance. The villa is comfortable. We lived with two families of four. But three families can easily fit in such a large space. All bedrooms have huge beds and are equipped with bathrooms. The villa manager, Mrs. Flavia, is a very kind woman, ready to help with everything. One of us got sick for two days and she ordered a car and offered to take us to the doctor). Thank you very much and greetings to you, Mrs. Flavia. Cleaning was done daily and efficiently. Linen was changed every other day. There are no grocery stores nearby. But this is not our first year on holiday in these parts and we know that Benaulim is very close to many stores for every taste. There is always a taxi near the hotel and you can get to Benaulim for a small fee and buy everything you need. It's about a 10-minute drive. There are many cafes on the beach with very nice prices and delicious food. Special thanks to the owner of this wonderful villa. I wish you all the best and prosperity)))

Everything is great!

We made a last minute booking and they were not expecting us but they got everything ready really fast. Flavia was amazing, she took very good care of us during the stay. Location is good, about 5 min walk from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there is an also a fully equipped kitchen. Great value for your money. I would definitely recommend!

We rented a full villa as we were a family traveling with a baby. It was a great choice. Privacy but with the advantages of being in a resort. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
