Never order breakfast from this villa .

No fans and tv in room . Air con was that good becoz of open toilet hard to cool down room temp.

Great location down a long narrow alley, which is close to downtown Ubud, featuring small shops and Warungs along the way. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the pickup/drop off point or 2 minutes on a scooter. Staff (Dhita and friend) were friendly and cooked breakfast each day. Pool and garden were superb and a real joy watching tiny little birds fluttering about and listening to geckos calling out at night. Bedrooms were well appointed with seperate bathrooms. Large tv with Netflix access. Good Wifi. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Fan in loungeroom didn't work. As lounge was open to the elements it got hot and humid without it. I wasn't aware I would need to get on a the back of a scooter to get to the property and I wasn't prepared for it. The property is not accessible to cars. I also wasn't aware it was no 2 of two villas with the same name which made it hard to direct the grab driver who got super lost.

swimming pool is great. location is convenient if you don't mind walking 8 mins to or from the main road. quite a lot of restaurant choices around

car pickup and drop off can be taxing as you'd need to walk a bit as there is no access or parking for cars at the villa

Amazing place to stay just a long walk to the room if you don’t have a scooter. Very quiet amongst the rice fields, close for food and laundry. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

The property was well maintained, clean and exactly as described! It was peaceful and quiet both during the day and at night. The pool was beautiful and kept in pristine condition for a full week’s worth of swimming. It was an easy walk to beautiful surroundings, cafes and restaurants or to get into a taxi as a family to head out to see the sights.

Breakfast was great and very flexible. Dita was great host and made sure to help us. Pool was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Amazing suggestions on activities and places to go to, great restuarant only 2 minutes walk away. They organised a taxi to pick up my mum from the airport and were very helpful and caring for her.

I found little hard to check in but because I didn't follow the email properly and arrived by myself not the villa transport, so my bad. Basically no negatives.

Such a great location down a quiet lane, yet less than 10 mins walk to fantastic eateries, and easy to get into Ubud centre by motorbike or walking. Lovely private villa, grand high ceilings and indoor outdoor vibe with open living and kitchen area, and bedrooms with ceiling to floor windows and curtains. Ideal oasis for our week stay. Helpful staff. Loved it!
