Villa Rumah Lumbung

Superb breakfast cooked daily by the host. Villa is beautiful with lots of space. Super clean with a very well maintained pool. Some lovely local eateries nearby

Nothing, but access down a no car road may be problematic for some. 600m from the road, but mostly flat.

The location is good and away from the city centre. Surrounded by other villas and an open field. No cars allowed on this road and it is accesible only by bikes. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and even prepared a floating breakfast for us.

The filter of the pool stopped working on the 2nd day which left the pool a bit dirty so we didn’t feel like getting in. There are insect’s everywhere after sunset - but this is natural so shouldn’t be counted as a drawback.

The location was really good, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Ubud traffic. The rooms were spacious and clean and the air conditioning was very appreciated. The staff were helpful

We didn't like the transportation to the villa by motorbike. The doors were hard to lock and unlock. There is no top sheet on the bed, the towels were not refreshed over 4 days and the breakfast was lacking choices.

The actual property was beautiful.

The continuous pack of dogs barking next door. The behaviour of Ade, the housekeeper. He needs some serious training in hospitality. The fact that the Yoni the host didn't make an attempt to contact us and meet and the fact that she never enquired about our stay.

Staff fabulous.. pool was a blessing

You can definetely enjoy very quite and characteristics about Ubud. Love that place and highly recommended!!!

Good location, very nice vibe, helpful owner and staff, nice pool. Breakfast was ok. I would definitely recommend the stay.

Some construction noise, but the owner provided earplugs for this.
