The place is brilliant near the forest which we can enjoy the nature but at the same time not far away from the city centre. The room is tidy and cleaned everyday. What more to add was that all the staffs were nice helpful. Special mention to the driver Ray and Daya. Ray drove us to different places safe and sound while providing tips and advices when travelling to tourists spots. Also he is open to share local balinese culture to travellers. Daya who helped to cooked the breakfast and dinner for us were delicious. More to add she helped to purchase the rose flower bouquet and to decorate the dinning table perfectly for my proposal plan. The plan could not been so smooth without the help of Daya for all the preparation works. Special thanks to her team members as well. Is is really a nice place to visit and I am sure every visitor will enjoy their stay here.

Absolutely! Here’s your full, polished review: “An Unforgettable Jungle Retreat in Ubud” We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning villa in Ubud. The property is huge and beautifully maintained, with lush gardens to explore and the most incredible jungle views. It felt like a private paradise, completely removed from the outside world. The staff were exceptional—so kind and thoughtful, especially with our kids. They spent time playing games and entertaining them, always in a warm and gentle way, and never intrusive. We used Ray, the recommended driver, and he was lovely—friendly, reliable, and a great amenity to have. The in-villa dining was another highlight. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and had dinner a few nights from the house menu—cooked fresh in the villa, absolutely delicious, and fantastic value. The pool is a standout feature, offering breathtaking views and a serene spot to relax. Bathrooms were modern and very comfortable. While the villa is 82 steps down from the road (which keeps it so peaceful), there’s a small lift that fits 1–2 people to make the trip up and down a little easier—thankfully! It was truly paradise—immersed in nature, surrounded by jungle, and yet so comfortable and welcoming. We would return in a heartbeat.

The only downside was that the third bedroom is a separate stand-alone structure, which, while lovely, may not be suitable for young children due to its distance from the main house.

The view is stunning and just like the photos, the 5 staff are wonderfully warm and helpful without being intrusive. Ray the resident driver was the best way to get around and recommend booking him for airport pick-ups and drop-offs also , breakfasts were included courtesy of Dayu and Ayu who also cooked us some great meals at reasonable costs for our family of 4 when we wanted to stay in at night. 2 main bedrooms roomy and airconditioned. There are Many areas around the villa to relax and enjoy the view -the pool was a delight overlooking the river and trees. Good value compared to the price of the luxury hotels nearby and greater privacy. Plenty to do in Ubud and surrounding areas.

The 3rd bedroom is a 3 storey rice barn which external to the house - it has aircon and a large comfortable mattress on the floor of the top level and TV and Toilet on the 2nd level and a semi outdoor bathroom on the bottom level. Ideal retreat for out 21yr old son but may be too rustic difficult to access for older less mobile guests.
