You go down to it through an elegant staircase that leads you to complete romance, It is cared for by two very nice women, close to you if you need them and far away if you want complete privacy. They make you feel like they are caring sisters and angels who take care of you with every step The bedrooms are very comfortable and carefully arranged with elegant cotton mattresses surrounded by authentic Balinese decor and refreshing air conditioning. elegant bathrooms with a stunning view and powerful hot water, and high-end hotel equipment. In every corner of the villa there are luxurious, comfortable sitting area and balconies with panoramic views of the forest and in the middle of this creativity is an infinity pool on the edge of the valley. Don’t worry about breakfast, the angels will be waiting for you to get out of bed so your varied breakfast will flow on the table, taste and breathe nature. Everything is close to you: the supermarket, fine restaurants, museums, cafes, and many diverse shopping stores and many events. The security guard is waiting for the sunset to be your faithful guard until sunrise, As for going down to the center of Ubud the driver is standing in front of his car looking forward to transporting you. We’re sure that the house manager has two eyes behind her head as well Everything goes with extreme precision We did not tell you everything, you must come to Villa Melati and discover the extraordinary beauty, and sometimes creativity It cannot be described. Rest assured you are in safe hands who are very interested in providing seven-star accommodation and service.

Villa Melati is a haven of peace, you step out of the busy Ubud mainroad and arrive in a paradise. The view, the location in the forest, the pool, the rooms, the architecture the love to detail - simply fantastic, thank you for having us!!

Everything was simply amazing!

very private property, all to yourself, with very Balinese rooms, great outdoor views, feel immersed in nature and a great pool to dip into. we loved the stay through out. great for kids too.

Two rooms, a pool, a living room, and a garden were perfectly fine

The third room was a disaster, you had to climb a ladder to the living room where there was a 5 cm mattress and all the equipment, then you could reach the sleeping cabin by another ladder. The information material about this room did not contain a description.

love the fact that the property is secluded and so close to the nature. gives you a proper Bali / Jungle experience. kudos to Ayu, Deyu, Gus and the rest of the staff for the amazing hospitality. loved it

Friendly and generous staff who catered to every need. Just the right level of helpful without feeling intrusive. Beautifully designed uniquely designed property - felt secluded and quiet but only 10mins to central Ubud. Pictures do not do it justice. So much space for our two families and things to explore. Afternoon cocktails or massage by the pool with views over the jungle/rice fields/river. The food was excellent - would recommend at least one night dinner in. Good value for the level of service and accommodation.

Very hard to find any faults. Probably not ideal for those wanting to be in the centre of town.

the property is like a dream, I stayed there for 4 nights and wish my stay was longer, the breakfast by the river was beautiful.. Gus took us around Ubud and was of great help, Ayu and Dayu cooked breakfast for us and took care of everything.. the rooms were clean and the amenities were fab… can’t wait to come back to this gorgeous place soon.

This was the second time that I stayed here. The villa was built downward into a valley looking out to the jungles. Perfect for people who are seeking serene and nature. Every bit of the villa was an art. The staff in the villa prepared meals that were very delicious and at reasonable price. The pet cat Luna was such a sweat company. Among the staff there was also a driver who provided complimentary shuttle service anytime guest needs to go to nearby places (pickup too). Overall Villa Melati is a hidden gem in Ubud! Definitely will come back again!

There were usually 1-2 staff onsite waiting on the guest in the kitchen or dining room. Sometimes it might make the guest feels like an intruder rather than a guest of the villa as they might get a little too comfortable chatting sitting in the dining room. Recommend the villa manager to train the staff a bit on being more discreet when guest is active.

Everything! How could you not love Villa Melati, we didn't want to leave. Dayu and Gus were fantastic and looked after us so well, couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. Such a beautiful location, so peaceful and relaxing - we will definitely be back.
