Villa Frangipani Seminyak

Grande villa, piscine agréable, literies au top et magnifiques salles de bain.

Intérieur plutôt sombre, manque de lumière naturelle. La pompe à eau faisait du bruit la nuit.

The ambience, facilities, staff, and pool area were sensational. Wayan and Dewi were so lovely and very helpful. Fantastic villa for a family birthday celebration. We loved it.

It was spacious and the pool was lovely. Great place to stay with a group of people. Bathrooms in each bedroom and was cleaned daily. Beautiful villa.

The tvs didn’t work and the staff couldn’t help. The villa needs a comfortable lounge for those that want to watch something. One of us was sick and in a room with a Tele but it didn’t work. It’s advertised as having cable tv but it didn’t.

The pool area was lovely and big, the water temperature was beautiful. The staff were lovely. It does need better signage to the villa off the track to make it easier to find. We were without water one morning but they were quick to attend/resolve the issue. Location is great and walking distance to loads of restaurants etc, but it’s not located where it shows it is on the bookings.com map. It’s basically opposite Bodyworks. The one working shower is outdoor and thank goodness it’s good! Beds were comfortable and the villa is massive!

There was no working safe, and clearly hadn’t been one for a some time. There must be at least 1 working safe as a minimum. The villa needs a massive maintenance overhaul in everything, the doors to the patio don’t open properly which was annoying as the ground has moved. It needs to be noted that there is only one useable shower in the whole villa (the master outdoor shower). Having only 1 with pressure and a stable temperature is not appropriate or enough for a 4 bed villa. They have not worked for a long time as and all calcified. This especially needs to be fixed or wont recommend, previous reviews have ignored it. No where to hang clothes and the upstairs bedroom has another bedroom running off it and no direct access and they shares bathroom without a useable shower. The cleaners turn the aircon off if you are not there so takes ages to cool down when you return.

Water pressure in showers was very poor

Everything is run down. Beds very hard, and I like firm, shower are terrible. Everything is calcified, shower roses are blocked. Soap containers are old and need replacing. Sheets stained. Have to continuously ask for clean towels. Pool needs a bit of a clean. Outdoor furniture is old and smelly. The house is a beautiful old building. Stairs are very steep. Some decent maintenance would work wonders.

Beautiful spacious villa that is perfect for families or groups

Everything. This villa has everything you can need. Mozzie spray. Insect spray. Sunscreen. Bags for your K circle trips. This unit is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location . The villa is hhuugggeeee and photos do not do its justice.

The only thing that is tricky is the location and finding the unit. It is the ONLY thing that is an issue. You have to provide the resort location of Hotel Vila Lumbung form drivers to find the property.
