Phaos at Saint John Villas with private heated pool

Il proprietario Tassos è una persona deliziosa: gentile, premuroso e desideroso di farti stare bene ci ha dato tanti consigli e ci ha servito la colazione ogni mattina. La colazione è ottima e ogni giorno puoi scegliere tra varie alternative che lui ti lascia fuori in giardino il mattino dopo all’orario che ogni giorno avete concordato. La struttura è pulitissima e molto bella. C’è anche una grande piscina privata riscaldata esclusiva che potete usare h24 alla quale si accede comodamente dalla camera da letto. La Villa è a pochi minuti dal centro di Oia e anche questo è ottimo perchè è lontana dalla folla del paese. Tassos offre tanti servizi tra i più comodi c’è sicuramente il fatto che ti organizza il trasporto dall’areoporto alla Villa e anche il noleggio del quad/scooter/macchina direttamente nel parcheggio della Villa in modo che tu abbia tutto comodo e debba pensare solo a rilassarti. Tutto è perfetto e studiato per pensare solo a rilassarsi e Tassos fa di tutto perchè questo accada. Consigliato al 100%.

This villa has to be the best we have stayed in todate So peaceful and the heated pool was fantastic Our host Thasos couldn’t of been more helpful his recommendations were excellent the sunset boat trip he organised was outstanding as was our visits to Dimitris at amoudi Bay and Ambrosia Breakfast is also a lovely touch delivered every morning and it was delicious 🥰❤️

The Villa was amazing. The private view is excellent and the location is ideal for Oia. Its away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to head up for a stroll around the busy streets in the evening. Tassos is an amazing host, from arranging taxis to making restaurant recommendations to helping order food deliveries for lunch so we can just relax! Really enjoyed and would highly recommend.

Very little. Because the breakfast is made offsite and delivered by Tassos himself some of the warm dishes can be a bit cold but all can be heated up in the microwave easily and they were all very tasty!

A wonderful experience. Immaculate villa with everything you could ask for. The host is very helpful and friendly without being overbearing. Good location, short walk from Oia. Amazing pool and patio area with brilliant sunset views. Highly recommended.

Very clean and private, alot of small details that matters, very premium feel. The place is amazing but Tassos the host even more, he always tries to help and make your stay more memorable.

Rustig en centraal gelegen en schoon. Oia is heel druk en in dit verblijf is een oase van rust, het centrum van Oia is op loopafstand. Het is wel berg op berg af. In het verblijf is overal aan gedacht. Je kon makkelijk via Tassos roomservice bestellen. De kamer had een airco, de waterflessen en koffie werden altijd aangevuld, zelfs een spelletje, een powerbank en een strandtas werd je aangeboden. Heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend. Mooie zonsondergang. En als je iets nodig had qua taxi’s, tours, scooter of restaurants dan stond Tassos voor je klaar. Hij is een hele harde werker, hij staat elke dag voor je klaar.

Incredible stay. Tassos was an amazing host and helped us with local recommendations and restaurant reservations. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the location as it was away from all the crowds in Oia (it is a 15 minute walk uphill into the village). We were able to watch the sunset from the terrace before heading out for dinner once the crowds had died down.

Nothing. Perfect stay.

We loved everything about the property. It had everything you could need. It is beautiful inside and outside. It was the perfect distance from Oia so you can walk straight in but also escape the busy crowds into your own private oasis. The unique part was Tassos! He went above and beyond to make our stay special (even ordering us a pizza for when we arrived!) and provided so many recommendations and even organised taxis and trips etc for us. Great selection of breakfast delivered daily too.
