Phaos at Saint John Villas with private heated pool

The place to be when visiting this beautiful island. The warm hospitality of your host Tassos is beyond words. He makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The Villa is amazing, your private terrace with heated pool, luxurious sunbeds, a hammock and cozy dining area. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. He has thought of every detail, sunscreen, shower necessities, a bag to go to the beach, a welcome snack and so on. When on trips he makes sure you are ok. The villa is walking distance to the beautiful centre of Oia, but after al that business a great quiet diamond to retreat. Don’t hesitate book this, you won’t regret it!

The property is really beautiful and provides a good amount of privacy. It was clean and professionally maintained. All modern convenience will be available. The host thinks of everything. We were also pleased at how large the personal pool was. Views of ocean at your front door. Another huge plus was the location. It’s a 10 minute walk to the center of Oia where all the attractions are. Tassos was a gracious and responsive host.

The place was perfect for our trip. It exceeded our expectations. There is no negative in regards to the property.

I booked the villa as a gift to my sister before she gets married. The villa was absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. We arrived at midnight and Tassos the host had a pizza ready and waiting, as well as being there to welcome us. I have to say this experience was pure bliss. The views and privacy you get with this villa is unmatched! Use of the pool whenever you want, a beautiful shower and comfortable bed. All credit goes to the brilliant host Tassos. Tassos did everything to make sure we were happy and comfortable and he was extremely respectful and professional. Tassos’ wife even suffered an injury during our stay, but still Tassos went above and beyond to make sure the service was still excellent. I am so so happy to have booked this villa and cannot recommend enough.

No thing, every thing is perfect

Without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed. The villa is absolutely stunning - everything is so high quality and the attention to detail is incredible. The view!!!! Just breathtaking. The host, Tassos, is what makes the trip so special. He helped us with everything - transfers, restaurants, wineries, massage at the villa. We will never forget our stay here. You must book to come!

Nothing - everything is absolutely perfect!

Absolutely loved everything about the Villa. Tassos was exceptional and cared for every little detail. He made our little family trip so much more relaxing by recommending family friendly beaches, where to eat, get the best view of the sunset... It was a nice change as a Mum to a toddler it is always difficult to make sure you plan everything but Tassos made it so convenient and has great knowledge about the area and things to do in general. The breakfast was incredible every morning! The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The room was decorated when we arrived as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and he opened opened a bottle of wine for our welcome.

I can't fault anything with the villa! Not a single thing. It's the best place I have stayed in for a long time and definitely worth every penny! Thank you Tassos and family ☺️

This villa is 10/10. It's hard to put into words how AWESOME our stay at St John's villa in Oia was. Firstly, the owner and host (Tassos, his wife and child) are incredibly lovely. They communicate always to make sure we (couple aged 40) are happy and feel at home even before arriving at the villa from London. They helped with booking beautiful restaurants (with prime spot locations with views) and helped with booking excursions. The property itself is 10/10. It's actually better than the photos. It is located in a wonderful location just 12 minute walk to the main hotshots in Oia but it is like its in its own quiet oasis away from all the tourist noise. Plus, you get to experience the beautiful sunsets from the via sitting by the pool. The property is extremely clean, modern and stylish. We've travelled all over the world, and I can say that this property is in the top 5 of properties we've stayed at. It is very spacious and you have a view of the sea plus you're surrounded by beautiful olive treats. Breakfast is so lovely and Tassos and his wife make it daily and deliver it to your villa at your chosen time. There is a choice of about a dozen meals to chose from. For lunch and dinner, you can either order and it will be delivered or you can go out for a meal in main town Oia. Overall, we loved our stay so much that we'll be returning. We'll also be recommending this villa to our friends and family to visit Santorini and making amazing memories. This place is ideal for couples and couples with a small child. His kindness went above and beyond when he gave us a ride to Oia, saving us from the 10-minute walk. The property itself is a serene oasis, super quiet and blissfully away from the touristy spots. The pool was such a treat, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. We were delighted to find wine, snacks, and cold water waiting for us upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Traveling with my 5-year-old and my sisters, we found the house to be spacious and beautifully decorated with meticulous attention to detail. Every corner of the villa exudes warmth and charm, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was the laundry service, which was an absolute cherry on top.
