Phaos at Saint John Villas with private heated pool

Tassos and his wife were amazing. There for us whenever we had questions. Responded well at all times with information and suggestions to make our stay truly memorable. They both have such huge energy and are genuinely delighted to see their guests enjoying themselves and relaxing without in any sense being intrusive. Marvellous view of the sea from the villa and a refreshing pool in which to cool down. Cleanliness was great. No hesitation in recommending the villas. You will not regret it

Everything was better than perfect.

The location was 5 minutes away from Oia, the nicest area on the island , Tassos, our host , made us nightly reservations for dinner. Each choice was perfect including the best table/view. The villa had a perfect sunset to enjoy as well!

Everything was amazing! It exceeded my expectations so much, we ended up spending most of our time in the villa instead of exploring! The beds were comfy, the pool was the perfect temperature & cleaned daily, the place was well decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. Tassos (the host) was the icing on the cake for perfection as he was always willing to help, giving the best advice & attended to all of our needs! We will definitely be coming back here!!

Very private and still very close to Oia (2min drive /10 min walk - we drove). Host helped a lot with planning where to go, dinner reservations…

Our stay with Tassos for our Honeymoon was fantastic. The villa is absolutely lovely and a very good size. The terrace with sea views is especially nice - loads of room to relax and an excellent size pool. In contrast to the very busy Oia- it felt like our own private oasis. I would take this villa over any hotel in central Oia. Included breakfast was amazing - excellent selection of food delivered to you fresh every day. Eating on the terrace each morning was one of the highlights of our day. The host Tassos went above and beyond during our stay. Booking reservations, food to the villa and giving general advice. Anything at all we needed was catered for at a moments notice. It made the stay feel truly special. A huge amount of thought has been put into the amenities at the villa with everything you might need available for you.

Whilst very close to Oia (a 10 minute walk) it is worth noting that it is a very steep hill. This was more than worth it for us for space and views but worth considering if you plan to walk into the centre.

Easily the best villa we’ve ever stayed at! The location was great - private yet within walking distance of everything at Oia. Tassos the host went above and beyond making sure we had the best stay and we honestly can’t thank him enough.

Complete privacy, huge space with your own private pool and sun beds. The rooms itself was spacious with separate sleeping and lounge areas, which is rare to come by in Santorini. The location is a 10 min walk away from Oia. Some other reviews suggest it’s a steep walk up to Oia but you will find this everywhere in Santorini, the walk was not a problem for us at all and we did it multiple times a day. We had private massages by the pool and a great breakfast everyday. Tassos, the villa manager was on standby 24/7 for us, anything we wanted, he would deliver for example, car rentals, car transfers, daily itineraries with Google maps directions, even insights to car parking close to the main tourist attractions. He booked all our reservations at restaurants that were completely booked out on websites and got us front row tables to watch the sunsets. The villa was equipped with portable chargers and hotspot data that we could take out with us, beach towels, slippers, robes and so much more. It’s a more personal experience here and we loved every minute. Thank you Tassos for having us!
