There are lots of options for breakfast and we could enjoy the breakfast at pool side table. The private swimming pool is of good size and very clean. Host was fantastic in given restaurant advices.

Tassos was a fantastic host. He made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our transportation as well as breakfast delivery and even lunch and a dinner. The tranquility of the villa and the spa-like pool was exceptional.

The only thing I would have liked is if the villa was located closer to the caldera however we would have lost the peacefulness with a location closer to town.

Tassos was amazing From start to finish, he made sure we were comfortable and taken care of And the villa is beautiful and quiet Before we even arrived, Tassos sent over a comprehensive set of PDFs with all his different recommendations for how to spend your time on the island He organized our hire car, sunset sailing cruise, restaurants to dine at, places to see, and he even organized for food to be delivered to us at the villa 10/10

The breakfast could be better. But it was still pretty good.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s about a 15 minute walk uphill to Oia main downtown and we did this multiple times a day and didn’t have to rent a car at all. The thing about this location is about 5 minutes away on the walk home you’re transported to total privacy. When you’re at the villa it’s like you’re on your own island. The view is out of this world pictures don’t do it justice at all. The magic is Tassos! He will do anything and everything to make sure your stay is perfect. He is so kind and the best host. He was happy to make reservations for restaurants for you and I felt like he had extra pull to get us the best seats and the best views. This was the best place to spend a private honeymoon :) we loved everything so much. Aggelikki was also wonderful and always made sure the room was perfect and clean everyday. Breakfast was delicious and so filling. There is coffee in the room you can make too! We loved it and felt completely safe and relaxed.

Not a single thing!

The property is unbelievably nice, comfortable, and privat. We were calling it “home” after the first day. The host was so responsive and concerned with us having a good time - he arranged so many things from transportation, food reservations, and massages. His recommendations and suggestions as a Santorini native were very welcomed and made our experience beyond what we expected.

Everything was great.

This was without a doubt the best place I've ever stayed at. Not only because of the beauty of the villa but because of Tassos the owner. We were here on our honeymoon, our flight got delayed by 12 hours and he was so helpful and understanding. Our bags were missing for the first 2 days of our trip and we wouldn't have been able to communicate with the airline without Tassos. That was just the start going above and beyond. He recommended some amazing things like a sunset sail and private car tour. He also provided ample vegan options for my wife. If you get any other place to stay you'll just be another customer, if you stay here you'll have a friend. 12 days of pure bliss, a once in a lifetime experience.

Everything was absolutely PERFECT from the moment we booked until the moment we left! Outstanding Communication - Tassos (the owner) contacted us straight after booking with a host of recommendations for resteraunts, beaches, sailing trips and so much more! This helped us to get the very best out of our stay. Not only did he provide all of the information, he also booked and arranged everything for us. On arrival at the villa, Tassos was there to welcome us and show us around. He had ordered us a pizza and Greek salad accompanied with a chilled bottle of wine - very much appreciated after our journey! Throughout our stay, Tassos kept in touch via WhatsApp to ask what time we would like breakfast and what our choices were from the menu. He also reminded us of our resteraunt reservations in the evening. Stunning villa - The villa looks amazing in the photos however it is even more beautiful in reality. The setting is SO peaceful and relaxing. We were not disturbed by a single soul - despite it being located only a 10 minute walk from the busy Oia. It is spacious and very clean - in fact it is absolutely spotless! The pool is a great size and the perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well every night. The views are incredible - from the pool you can gaze out at the ocean and from the roof terrace you see out into the distance. Above and beyond 5*!! The location, the villa itself and the fantastic service from Tassos definitely make this a 5* vacation. However, some touches to our holiday took it even further and added extra to our stay. A delicious breakfast was brought to the terrace each morning by the friendly Aggaliki. The food was warm and tasty. Whilst eating outside, she cleaned the villa to a high standard. She replaced towels, made up the bed, washed dishes and glasses and even restocked the fridge with bottled water. Another extra we enjoyed was the wine selection.

Nothing! Tassos asked us on our departure for feedback/recommendations of how to improve...but I genuinely couldn't think of a single thing we would alter. It really is perfect just as it is!!!!
