The location!

We were given only one set of keys for two bedrooms felt uncomfortable not being able to look the room. The pictures on booking looked great. The mosquitoe net was broken several wholes, when I looked up there were several spiders and spiderwebs. Very mouldy in the bedroom and kitchen. Its an old property and doesnt match the price that is charged for what you get. The towels were old the shower had an open roof felt uncomfortable like anything could fall down on you!

The location is out of the high intensity & traffic of Ubud. Next to the location is a really nice restaurant ran by 1 woman. We had breakfast there and got amazing springrolls and mango and banana smoothies

It is hard to find. Ask the owner by app the exact location. The adress in booking.com is not right, the same counts for Grab.

Private, attentive staff, nice size pool, laundry service

Poor lighting all round- bathroom and exterior in particular, located far down a scooter only path, kitchen was completely open to outside so no drawers to keep cooking and eating utensils which was an issue as bugs were plentiful, no trash cans
