The pool was fantastic, and the villa was spacious and very comfortable for 6 persons.

The only positives were the location and the pool — the house was close to bakeries and supermarkets, situated on a small cliff with a nice view, and the pool was a decent size and clean enough.

Misleading photos, false promises, poor communication – disappointing stay Our stay was frustrating due to many issues. First, the house we were given was not the one shown in the Booking photos. We were told they manage multiple houses but only show one — also, many listed amenities were missing. Bedrooms were downstairs (not upstairs like in the photos), next to the pool, and full of humidity. The villa wasn’t very clean, and we found a spider, worm, and centipede in the bathroom. The bed sheets also had stains on them. We asked before booking if the house had a traditional Cypriot BBQ (foukou), and they said yes. Upon arrival, there was none. When we complained, they brought a different type and pretended not to know what a foukou is. We would’ve brought our own if they had just told the truth. There was also no covered veranda or shaded area, which made it hard to stay outside in the heat. We checked in alone and had no contact phone. We used the emergency number to report that we were given a different house. They promised someone would call in the morning, but no one did. Worse, they ignored our calls afterward — but answered when we tried from another number. That first night we had no water. They claimed it was an area issue, but the technician who came confirmed it was only our house — another lie. On Saturday morning, we were woken up early by a gardener using loud machinery. While maintenance is understandable, it should not happen so early when guests are staying. This property was full of false advertising, dishonesty, and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend it and urge future guests to clarify every detail before booking — or look elsewhere.

The villa was clean and had a few essentials such as tea coffee milk washing up liquid.

There was a tree in the garden which kept dropping leaves into the pool so we had to use the net every day to clear them.

Good location property in Tala village. It was a decent size with a swimming pool. Nice and clean property with decent views.

Not enough facilities in the house. Broken hooks and handles not been replaced. Not enough kitchen equipment for basic cooking requirements. Have to remember to switch hot water on everyday. The road and parking bay was very tight. Would be difficult to park larger vehicles.

Beautiful private location. Very spacious villas with all the amenities you would expect. Outdoor area was stunning. The staff we encountered were absolutely lovely and the communication was great throughout. Very reasonably priced and took a last minute booking for 11 people when our other accommodation cancelled on us 24 hours in advance. Couldn’t fault it

Our bad experience started with me having to chase the owner for a code to get into the key box as I still had not heard anything from them once we landed in Cyprus. The directions to the villa were awful and once we actually arrived in Tala we couldn't find the villa until I read in the small print that it was Villa 2. The number of the villa was on the front of the villa but was very faded. Our first impression was a very stiff front door that you had to shove open as it scraped along the floor! The villa is extremely run down and in desperate need of a refurb. It wasn't clean and all the cupboards reeked of a musky smell. We had to put our clothes away but made sure we left the doors of the wardrobes open as we were concerned our clothes would smell. The bathrooms were really scruffy, the cupboards stank and the mirrors were breaking down as the bottoms of them were black. The shower rail fell down on my head in the upper bathroom. The beds were awful. so uncomfortable and very squeaky. The kitchen was very under stocked and we even had to buy a jug which we left there. How lucky we were that they gave us washing up liquid and 1 tea towel !! Again it was grimy so we did not use the kitchen a lot. The exterior of the villa is in desperate need of a reburb too. I would be ashamed to say I owned this villa and have the audacity to actually charge people to stay there. The pool is very poor. There are hundreds of the mosaic tiles missing and grimy lines at the water level. It is meant to be an infinity pool but it doesn't pour over the edge and the trough that the water is meant to flow into is full of stagnant dirty water !! There were no external bins so when we needed to remove rubbish from the villa we had to locate large skip bins on our travels !! On top of all this we did not see the owners or a representative from the villa at all during our 10 day stay!!! I would under no circumstances recommend or stay at this villa again.

There are too many light switches that do not seem to do anything Either that or the lights don't work?, or the entrance to the garage is a little difficult especially if you have a big car or neighbors park outside their villa as this is in a small cul- de -sac also fence that is between villas needs to be repaired especially if small children are about danger of them falling into next villa which has a massive drop for a small child. There is an extra charge for electricity if you go over the set amount for the villa which I don't seem to have seen in the original advert maybe I missed this see the photo for the extra charge rate we stayed in villa number 4
